Cost: Projects are custom-priced, after an initial site visit and discussion with the client. If you'd like to purchase individual design hours, we charge $125/ hour, with a minimum purchase of 10 hours.
What kind of design service is this? This is a renovation design, coordination, furnishing, and finishing service. After your initial site visit with the designer, you will receive a customized full-service design proposal with a timeline, rough project estimates, and fee schedule for our services.
When would I need this type of consultation? This service is designed to provide you with everything you need to create the space of your dreams. Our experience in renovation, kitchen, and bathroom design will help you achieve the best outcome for your space, and make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible for you.
When should I reach out? With Covid causing delays in manufacturing and shipping, we're currently looking at lead times on custom cabinet & furniture deliveries around 6-12 weeks. A typical kitchen or bathroom renovation design will take 3-4 weeks, and construction can take 4-8 weeks or more. So I'd recommend reaching out to begin the process around 4-6 months before you'd like the space to be complete. Renovation Consultation
1-2 hour brainstorming sessions for custom home renovations

What kind of design service is this? This is a renovation IDEAS service.
When would I need this type of consultation? A renovation consultation is an excellent package for someone who would like to take down a wall, expand a kitchen or bathroom, or build an addition, but isn't great at visualizing, or doesn't know how to move forward.
What do I get from this consultation? First we will spend about 1-2 hours together in your home, discussing your wish list and dreams for the home. Afterward, we will use the information collected on site to put together a recommendation for how to move forward - deliverables are usually different from project to project, but you can expect to receive a sketched layout & 3D image, some ideas for interior finishes, and recommendations for door and window placement.

Design Consultation
Furnishing & styling for up to 4 spaces in your home
Cost: $950 flat fee. Additional cost for homes further than 20 miles from Frederick, MD
What kind of design service is this? This is a furnishing & styling service, which covers up to four use-spaces in your home (think dining room, living room, den, etc). This service excludes kitchens and full bathrooms.
When would I need this type of consultation? A design consultation is an excellent package for someone who would like to reassess the color, furniture, lighting, and layout scheme across their home. The service covers up to 4 use-spaces in the home, but you can purchase additional design hours if you'd like to add-on.
What do I get from this consultation? First we will spend about 1-2 hours together in your home, discussing your wishes for each of your (up to 4) chosen spaces. Afterward, we will use the information collected on site to put together a comprehensive mood board for each space, outlining our recommendations - including paint colors, light fixtures, furniture, area rugs, window coverings, and accessories. This PDF will be a framework from which you can make purchases, develop plans, and coordinate your entire home's finishes.
How does purchasing work? You will have access to your own private virtual showroom where you can purchase the finishes shown in the mood boards. What do I get from this consultation? First we will spend about 1 hour together in your home, reviewing the current condition of each space. Afterward, we will use the information collected on site to put together a comprehensive PDF, outlining our recommendations for how to create a universally appealing design across your entire home - including color schemes, furniture layouts, and landscaping upgrades.
